About Me

Hi there! I’m Aleesha, a registered professional Kinesiologist, certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, passionate about helping individuals break through their limits and become the best version of themselves!
I’m a proud graduate of the University of Calgary with a degree in Kinesiology where I developed a deep understanding of the science behind movement, health, and human performance.
Outside of academics, I have spent a large part of my life as a competitive athlete, with a decade of experience in the competitive sport of cheerleading—as both an athlete and coach. Not only has this sport taught me the value of dedication and discipline, but it has shown me the significance of sport-specific training for optimal performance and recovery.
Following my retirement from the sport, my continued passion for personal growth and challenge-seeking led me to pursue bodybuilding. This journey inspired me to study and become a certified Bodybuilding Specialist, allowing me to fuse my educational foundation with firsthand experience.
Throughout my personal training career, I’ve worked with a diverse range of clients, including the general population aiming to improve their fitness, athletes striving for peak performance, and older adults seeking rehabilitation and improved mobility.
My personal journey in fitness and wellness has been guided by one simple yet powerful motto: "You Are Your Only Limit", and I hope to ingrain this in your own, unique journey too!
