Cottage Cheese Breakfast Tacos

 

 

Cottage Cheese Breakfast Tacos 

A High Protein Breakfast

Ingredients:

1/4 cup cottage cheese

1 egg white

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

add 1/4 tsp of any spice you like ( garlic powder, chili powder Etc.)

2 eggs any style

Directions:

Preheat oven or air fryer to 400 F 

Blend together all ingredients except the 2 eggs 

Spread the mixture 2 tacos on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper  - same for the air fryer

Cook for 20 minutes - check at 15 minutes

While the tacos cool prep the 2 eggs any way you want.  

Assemble the tacos and add your fav toppings.
