 Greek Turkey Meatballs with Non-Dairy Tzatziki

 

Ingredients

1 LB of Ground Turkey

1 Clove of Garlic Minced or 1 tsp of Garlic Powder

¼ cup of finely chopped Red Onion – I used a Shallot

¼ cup of Dill chopped

1 tbsp Italian Seasoning

1 Egg

¼ cup of oat flour or almond flour

 

Method: Mix all ingredient together and let rest for 10 minutes

Preheat Air Fryer to 400 F 

Cook for 4 minutes each side (internal temp 165 F)

 

Non-Dairy Tzatziki

1.5 cups of Lactose Free Yogurt or Coconut Yogurt Unsweetened

½ cucumber Peeled and finely chopped

2-3 cloves of Garlic minced or 2 tsp of garlic powder

¼ cup dill finely chopped

1.5 tbsp lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Mix together and let sit in fridge for about 30 minutes
